保険について
★傷害保険要項★
※該当者に後日、保険金が支払われます(支払った医療費全額ではありません)
①対象パレット美術教室在籍生徒の
賠償責任保険付(教室講師及び在籍生徒が、法律上の責任を負った場合)
②補償範囲
教室管下および往復路上での偶然の事故
（注）教室管理下とは、学習中やその前後に教室内にいるとき、教室が主催する戸外スケッチ会、展覧会見学、夏休みイベントなど本教室の行事に参加している間※学習日以外の事故には適用されません。
③保険金額
●通院
(1日つき) 1000円(90日を限度とする)
●入院
(1日つき)1500円(180日を限度とする)
●死亡、後遺障害 2,000,000円
※事故、ケガ等起こらないよう精一杯気をつけますが、万が一の場合上記保険の範囲での保証のみとさせていただきます。ご了承下さい。

(1) The one of the target palette classroom enrollment student of fine arts
With a liability insurance, (When a classroom lecturer and an enrollment student shouldered responsibility for on the law.)
(2) Compensation area
Accidental accident under the classroom pipe and on the round trip road
(Note) when the classroom management bottom is in the classroom in during learning and the time, while I participate in an event in this classroom, the outdoor sketch meeting, the exhibition tour and the event of the summer holidays a department sponsors aren't applied to an accident at anytime but a※ learning day.
(3) Insured amount
● Going to hospital
(With 1 day) 1000 yen (90 days are made the limit.)
● Hospitalization
(With 1 day) 1500 yen (180 days are made the limit.)
● Death and a physical impediment of 2,000,000 yen
※ I'm careful not to happen to an accident and an injury to the utmost, if, I'll make it only the guarantee at the reach of the above case insurance. Please accept it.
●教室を円滑に行うため開始、終了時間を守りくださいやむを得ず遅れるまた欠席する場合は必ずご連絡ください。
地震
●大きな地震の場合は揺れが収まり次第岐阜市立市橋小学校へ避難します。
●台風
台風の時は暴風警報の時安全確保のため休講となります(基本的に代替え日はありません、できる限りの対応となりますことをご了承ください)
●感染症予防のため学校・幼稚園が休校・休園、学年・学級・クラス閉鎖となった場合
基本的には岐阜市の全体の学校の休校になり自治体からの休業要請が出た場合教室も休講になります。(その時の状況により教室開校時期については判断いたします)
●感染症が発生し学校や幼稚園が休校・休園、学年・学級・クラス閉鎖になった場合
基本的に学校・幼稚園が再開されるまで教室もお休みください
●緊急連絡
入会時にご記入いただいた緊急連絡先が変更となった場合は教室にお知らせ下さい
●月謝
月謝は最終学習日に翌月分の月謝をお支払いください(理由を問わず返却不可です)ご了承下さい
●休会・退会
毎月15日が締め切り日です手続きは保護者様からのお申し出が必要です(15日を過ぎますと翌日の月謝が発生します）
休会費1ヶ月1705円になります。休会中は籍があり必ず復帰できるようにお席を空けてお待ちしてます。（休会は基本的に2ヶ月までとなります、入院などのやも負えない事情により休会期間が考慮される場合がありますその都度ご相談ください）
●体調
教室当日体調のすぐれない場合はお休み下さい。持病、アレルギーなど教室に関してお聞きしておいた方が良い事項については必ずお知らせ下さい
●迷惑行為
教室運営上または教室内で著しい迷惑行為があった場合は、ご相談の上退会していただく場合があります
●受付時間
教室での電話メールLINEの受付時間は火曜日〜土曜日、11:00〜19:30です.ご用件は時間内にのご連絡ください。
Time

Earthquake
● As soon as shaking is settled in case of a big earthquake, I take refuge in Gifu municipal Ichihashi elementary school.
● Typhoon
It'll be no lecture at a typhoon at a storm warning for safety ensuring (There are no substitution days basically, please consent to becoming the correspondence which is as much as possible.)
● When school was closure for Corona infection prevention.
When becoming basic in closure at the whole school in Gifu-shi, a classroom will be also no lecture. (I'll judge about classroom opening time by the situation of that case.)
● When Corona infection occurred and school was closure.
Please be also absent from a classroom until school is resumed basically.
● Urgent contact
When being admitted, when the urgent phone number you filled out was change please tell a class.
● The monthly tuition
Please pay the monthly tuition for the next month for the monthly tuition on the last learning day (It's impossible to return it in spite of a reason.), please accept it.
● Adjournment and withdrawal
15 days every month are a deadline, procedure needs a proposal from guardians (When I pass 15 days, the monthly tuition of the next day occurs.) The adjournment cost will be 1680yen for 1 month.
● Physical condition
When the day's classroom physical condition isn't excellent, please rest. Please be sure to tell a chronic disease and allergy about the matter it's better to ask about a classroom.
● Troublesome act
When there was a remarkable troublesome act in on the classroom operation or the classroom, after consulting, you sometimes withdraw.
● Reception time
Reception time of the telephone mail LINE in the classroom is 11:00-19:30 on Tuesday-on Saturday. The contact by which your request is in time, please.
日頃よりパレット美術教室の美術教育活動にご理解・ご支援をいただきありがとうございます。教室のホームページやインスタグラム・教室通信、にお子様の作品や制作の様子を記載するにあたり
下記の内容を保護者様にもご理解いただきご協力お願い申し上げます。
1.情報発信のねらい
①教室におけるお子様の制作の様子を伝えたり、作品を発表することにより制作意欲を高める
②保護者様やホームページをご覧になった方に、教室の様子やお子様の制作の様子や作品を掲載することで、教室の美術教育への理解を深める
③教師のホームページに掲載することにより多くの方にご意見をいただいたり、児童教育研究会の教室で共有していくことにより、その内容をさらに充実、発展させる
⒉掲載する内容
①お子様の制作の様子(個人が特定できない写真) (特定できる場合は個人にその都度許可を得ます)お子様の作品(個人名は掲載しません)
②作品展の様子
③ホームページ.インスタグラムではお子様のフルネームは記載しません(油絵などのサインは作品の一部であるので掲載します)お子様の住所、電話番号、生年月日、家族関係、保護者名等
プライバシーに関する内容は掲載しない。

1. Aim of information sending
(1) The production will is raised by telling the state of the child's production in a classroom and releasing a work.
(2) I deepen my understanding to education of fine arts in the classroom by carrying the manner of the classroom, the manner of the child's production and a work for guardians and the person who saw a home page.
(3) I make more the contents develop substantially receiving your opinion in many ways by carrying it in teacher's home page, and by sharing in the classroom of a child education research meeting.
⒉ The carried contents
(1) Work for the state (the picture an individual can't specify) (When it can be specified, for an individual, the, every time, I have leave.) child of the child's production (The personal name isn't carried.)
(2) The state of the work exhibition
(3) Home page. The addresses of the child who doesn't mention the child's full name with Ince tag lamb (A signature of an oil painting is the part of the work, so, it's carried.), the telephone numbers, dates of birth, the family relations and names of guardians, etc.
The contents about privacy aren't carried.
